Delivery Area
The offered PRODUCTS can only be delivered within Singapore. Orders for any delivery address outside Singapore cannot be accepted. PRODUCTS will be shipped to the delivery addresses provided by the CUSTOMER during the order process.
Shipping Time
Orders will be delivered within 5–9 business days. Order preparation, invoicing, and stock availability are indicated on our WEBSITE. Shipping times exclude weekends and public holidays in Singapore. Provided that the email address entered in the registration form is correct, an automatic notification will be sent to the CUSTOMER once the PRODUCTS are dispatched.
Delivery Costs
During the order process, the SELLER will inform the CUSTOMER of the estimated delivery times and shipping methods for purchased PRODUCTS. Shipping fees are calculated according to the chosen delivery method. If free shipping is not offered, these costs will be added to the total price of the purchased PRODUCTS and must be paid by the CUSTOMER. Detailed delivery times and cost information are available on the WEBSITE.
Delivery Terms
All packages will be delivered to the CUSTOMER against signature or other proof of identity, depending on the courier's requirements. If the CUSTOMER is unavailable at the delivery time, the courier will leave a notice allowing the CUSTOMER to collect the package from the nearest collection point.
Delivery Issues and Refunds
The CUSTOMER will be informed of the expected delivery date when selecting the carrier during the online order process. Deliveries are expected within a maximum of 30 days. If the PRODUCTS are not delivered within this period, the CUSTOMER may notify the SELLER in writing to complete the delivery. If delivery still cannot be made within a reasonable time, the CUSTOMER may terminate the order. Upon receipt of the termination notice, the SELLER will promptly refund the CUSTOMER the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including applicable taxes and delivery fees, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The SELLER is responsible for the PRODUCTS until they are delivered to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER has three (3) days from delivery to report any damages or partial loss to the courier.
